AMRITSAR: Five _ member Panthic Committee has noted with concern that the Government of India through its trap of liberal economic policy is trying to woo foreign investors in India Due to personal rapport of a stooge of Brahman India Manmohan Singh Finance Minister World Bank and IMF has also advanced some loan to India to ease it out of its bad Creditor position. India at present is the third worst creditor in the world following Mexico and Brazil.

At present so-called Indian democracy is being nun through Indian military and paramilitary forces. In the recent elections held in Punjab more than 90% people boycotted the elections proving that elections were a farce and people had lost faith in the Indian political system Kashmir and Assam are also virtually army cantonments like Punjab. In Tamilnad Nagaland Mizoram and West Bengal thousands of people are held under TADA NSA and other Black Draconian Laws according to an American State Dept. report released in January 1992.

Amnesty International a leading human rights organization in its latest report released on March 251992 all over the world named as “India Police Torture Rape Routine Leading to Deaths” has mentioned that “There is a clear pattern of people being tortured to death throughout the country Victims are picked up by police illegally detained and then tortured for confessions until they die.”

“The report further states about the Government of India:

“They have exploited poorly trained and highly pressured police force for their own political ends.

In the light of the above mentioned facts it is quite clear that any money which will go to the Government of India will be used to kill its own innocent citizens. In spite of Gorbachevs appeals to the western investors and industrialist’s to invest in the Soviet Union nobody responded knowing fully that the Soviet Union was going to disintegrate. Finally it happened and today there is no country known as the Soviet Union on the map of the world. The same is going to happen to the Union of Indian very soon.

So we request to the western North American and all other multinational companies that read the writing on the wall and stay away from India With the crumbling of the Soviet Union the Indian Union stands as the last state where hegemonic rule is brutally maintained by organs of the state imprisoning various nationalities through a practice of Soviet styled democratic Centralism and under a garb of artificial statehood.

India is going to disintegrate the way the Soviet Union did. Any responsibility for not keeping pace with the fast changing developments and realities in the Indian sub-continent will entirely be of the investors. We have warned about the consequences in time. Speaking on the current situation in Punjab Congressman Dan Burton has sad “I have stated to think of the Punjab as having even worse problems than the US did back in 1776 (American Civil War).”

This is the time for true realization of the situation. People all over India (where more than 50% people live below the poverty line) are revolting against the hegemonic Brahman rule. They’re going to be a new demarcation of the boundaries of the countries of different nationalities who are held in subservient position by Nazi India. We will be expecting a positive response to our appeal.
