New Delhi: Indian Premier P.V. Narasimha Rao said there was no need for a Camp David type summit between India and Pakistan to Sort out relations between the two nations as suggested by the visit on American Senator Larry Pressler.

We have the Shimla agreement between us.as the basis to sort out differences bilaterally from time to time. Pressler as a friend has suggested this proposition and he may have thought it correct but our case (between India and Pakistan) is entirely different Rao said adding that the Camp David Summit between Egypt and Israel was held because at the time the Dr .Surjit Kaur Secretary of G G SF expressed his appreciation for the guest speakers and participants alike and hoped that such camps will become a regular feature of Sikh institutions. She called upon the Sikh youth leaders to establish a hot line with other Sikh youth/children and/or their parents so they could get in touch in tunes of personal dilemmas resulting from conflicting social and religious values. “These should be an institutionalized facility for Sikh youth to receive counseling and moral support in times of personal and or family crisis” she added. The camp concluded with a brief Gatka presentation by Bhai Gurdarshan Singh. There was lot of enthusiasm for the whole activity and the youth gave the positive feedback. Some expressed that these sessions should be arranged more often.
