FREMONT.CA: Old memories, old folk songs and folk dances took the center stage in Fremont community hall on the evening of Jan. 28, 1995 where P.AU professionals from throughout California descended to celebrate Lohri Wali Rant. While Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana has done the Pioneer work in agriculture and made Punjab the “bread basket” of India its professionals are excelling in various fields overseas too, P.A.U. Aluroni Association, California has been formed with the solo aim of achieving deeper social interaction amongst the PAU families and inculcating Punjabi cultural values among the Alumni children
About 3CX) people intended the highly applauded “Lohri Wali Roat” celebrations. The Alumni artists entertained the spell bound audience with wonderful folk songs skits, poems, parodies, Bhangra and Gidha dances for nearly five hours. De Onkar Singh Bindra, former Dean College of Agriculture and PAO devisor and with Darshan Singh Deol former Agronomist from PAU. were the chief gut Dr. Bindra stressed the need of getting organized 10 ct a better deal Toe PAU Alumni out of the American system. He highly appreciated and congratulated do organizers for taking the stop in the right direction by organizing function like Lohn Wali Raat.
The Alumni committee express its thanks to all the participants and artists for rejuv chating the old memories of PAU and making it a memorable evening for everyone. Also, I look forward to visiting with as many people I can in many villages.”

The trip should offer me a lot of personal growth, as well as make me a much better political representative for the future years to come.
The television station in El Centre KECY FOX 9, is requesting that Mayor Dhillon film his TV show “Dhillon with The Community” from India. The hopes are that not only can Mr. Dhillon show this in Imperial County but all over the country. The emphasis would be on religion, agri. culture, the economy, business, human rights, and more.

Promise to love someone unconditionally. There is lack of love in the world. In loving and giving it reciprocate. We are taught to love God unconditionally. We know what it means. Try the same with your spouses child, friend….
