NEW DELHI: Oct8 (PTI) The Delhi High Court will pronounce the judgment on the anticipatory bail plea of former Prime Minister, Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao in the St. Kitts forgery case tomorrow. The order will be given by Justice S.K, Mahajan, who yesterday reserved the order on the bail pleas of Mr. Rao, former Union Minister K.K. Tewary and former Enforcement Director K.L. Verma. The three accused in the forgery case were facing arrest warrants issued by the Chief Metropolitan magistrate, Mr. Prem Kumar, on Friday last. The CMM, after taking cognizance of the charge sheet filed by the CBI, had asked the authorities to produce the accused in his court on October 14.
