ALLAHABAD: Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna, an opposition leader and a former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh was cremated here on March 20.
Bahuguna, 69 had died on March 17 of a heart attack, a few hours after undergoing surgery to clear the blocked arteries of his heart at Cleveland OH. He had a bypass surgery on four arteries about four years ago and these had become blocked by now.
