I have been watching your Govt closely ever since you took over from Rajiv Gandhi in December, 1989, Indeed, you presented yourself as a “good guy” when visiting the Darbar Sahib telling the Sikhs about the terrorism of your predecessor, Gandhi. It was the moment that caused lots of suspicion in my mind about your integrity and assuring them to provide them a fearless life in their own homeland.

A critical analysis of the events and your administration of Hindu India reveal the following:

  1. The fake encounters are going on unabated to kill the innocent Sikh youths.
  2. Jathedar Khudian, MP (Mann-Akali Dal) was killed by the law enforcing agencies.

3, A prominent Sikh youth leader H.S. Sandhu was killed on 24 January, 1990 by some people, presumably at the directions of Hindu India’s intelligence agency, (RAW) responsible only to the Prime Minister.

  1. RAW is also responsible for the death of another Sikh politician, Bhai Akanwali.
  2. The assassination attempt on Sikh leader S.S, Mann, the leader of the Akali Dal and MP occurred in January, again under RAW’s direction.
  3. Your country’s news distributing and exchange agencies, such as PTI and Doordarshan suppressed the news of the assassination of Sikh MP Jathdear Khudian and Bhai Sandhu.

7, No action has been taken against (i) those who participated in the Holocaust of the Sikhs in June and November of 1984; (ii) the former Governor of Punjab, S.S. Ray and (iii) the former and present Director Generals of Police, Reibero and KPS Gill.

Kashmir is a clear cut reflection of the terrorist policies of Hindu India’s government. India’s government imposed a curfew in Srinagar mobilized the military and asked Brig Jagjit Singh, a Sikh officer of dignity to massacre the innocent and unarmed Muslim demonstrators. Brig, Jagjit Singh refused and was put under house arrest and replaced by a Hindu officer who carried out the massacre of Muslim children, women and men alike in Kashmir. Truckloads of bodies were taken to hospitals in Srinagar where the medical staff were instructed to refrain from talking to the press. The media was forcibly detained in a hotel by the military so that news dispatches pertaining to the recent massacre could not be filed. Telex transmissions were suspended by the military. A press reporter who had film depicting four days of the massacre did manage to escape, but his film was seized at the airport so that the press could not reveal to the world the truth.

It has been learnt from highly reliable sources that your administration’s armed forces and law enforcing agencies raped and assaulted Muslim women in the same fashion that they have been doing in the Sikh nation since June 1984.

Let me ask you, did you raise a voice against the holo-cause of the Sikhs in June and November 1984, at which time you served in the cabinets of Indira Gandhi and Rajiv. Your silence at that time will be interpreted by the world as indication that you participated in the games, played by Indira and Rajiv Gandhi against the Sikhs, Muslims, Dalit’s and Christians (1984-1989). As such, the Sikhs cannot and will not trust the Hindu regime in India. Finally, let me say that censorship on the press and the promotion of state terrorism on the states religious minorities are alive and well under your leadership.

I shall look forward to hearing from you.
