Establishments under autocracies where judiciary has decayed to a virtual rot would take up an incident, an act, a happening or a situation and would reshape it, twist the stories of witnesses, produce phony eyewitnesses and would make a mockery of justice.
If you have had a chance to read the white paper on a perspective of the situation in Punjab issued by the Government of India, you will realize that the rulers of this largest mock democracy in the world can accomplish all the above mentioned objectives and they do not even need incidents, acts, happenings or situations to start with. They can invent them too.
In fact the court system as recognized by the modern world is not even a prerequisite to state sanctioned executions in this land of Mahatma Gandhi. A whole oppressed nation here can be put on trial, out of court, declared guilty and ordered genocized.
