Journalist: Don’t you think the proposal is actually inspired by the Indian government which is anxious to have political control over Tibet through Dalai Lama?

Journalist: Mr. Ambassador, at a press conference in West Germany, the Indian Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi described Pakistan as the biggest supporter of “terrorism” on the globe.
Ambassador: That’s right.
Journalist: Amnesty International and other International Human Rights organizations have blamed India for practicing State terrorism against religious minorities like Sikhs and Muslims.
Ambassador; Very correct.
Journalist: Does it mean Pakistan is the biggest supporter of India?
