Journalist: Mr. Ambassador, reacting to the Sikh demonstration against him in Vancouver, Rajiv Gandhi said India will never concede the demand for Khalistan.

Ambassador: That’s right.

Journalist He also said if Canadian Sikhs want Khalistan they can make it in Canada and not in India. Ambassador: Very correct. Journalist Doesn’t Rajiv realize that unlike India, Sikhs are free in Canada and their struggle is for the liberation of the Sikhs in India so that they should also enjoy the same freedoms Sikhs are enjoying in countries like Canada, America and U.K.?

Journalist: Mr. Ambassador, from Rajiv to Rama Rao every politician of India says “I have nothing to hide”.

Journalist: Such statements are frequently made by those who either figure in scandals of corrupt Ambassador: Very correct. Journalist: How is it that despite such statements they refuse to answer uncomfortable questions? Does it mean they are mortally afraid of facing judicial probes?
