Journalist But it has been reliably learnt that the Indian government will not permit holding of the conference and curfew is likely to be clamped in Amritsar to prevent Sikhs from entering Amritsar, Ambassador: Very correct.

Journalist: What other course should the Sikhs adopt to fight the fascist despotism where they are not allowed to hold even peaceful conferences?
