Journalist Mr. Ambassador, Border Security Force killed eighteen persons in the Punjab sector along the Indo-Pakistan border in July, 1986, and reported that the majority of the victims were Bangladeshi refugees trying to escape into Pakistan.

Don’t you think victims were actually Sikh youths arrested from their homes and finished off under Ribera’s plan to exterminate all Sikh young men hailing from Amritsar: Gurdaspur and Ferozpur districts?
