JOURNALIST: How come Rajiv is deliberately infringing upon the rights of Punjab over its river waters and insisting upon the digging of Sutle Jumuna Link canal? Is it because he wants to destroy Sikh farmers in Punjab?

JOURNALIST: In the adjoining opposition ruled state of Karnataka, Sikh students were brutally murdered and Sikh homes and businesses were burnt by Congress (I) hoodlums. AMBASSADOR: Very Correct.
JOURNALIST: Don’t you think riots in opposition ruled states are being engineered by the Congress (1) to neutralize opposition leaders demand for punishment to the publically indicted perpetrators of November 1984 anti-Sikh riots?
