Journalist: But in Punjab, the reward for information leading to the arrest of freedom fighters ranges from 50,000 rupees to five lakhs even though there are no murder charges against them. Ambassador: Very correct.

Journalist: How is it reward for the Killers of 41 persons is only 15,000 as compared to five lakhs for simply seeking freedom? Is it because Sikhs refuse to merge their identity into Hindus? Ambassador: Not in national interest to disclose.
