NEW DELHI: No known Muslim leader has agreed to the Indian government’s Move to set up a trust to rebuild Babri masjid at Ayodhya demolished by Hindu fundamentalists on December 6. The government had announced plans to build up ‘a masjid and a Ram mandate Ayodhya and trusts to run these institutions but unless the site is selected for the proposed masjid, no Muslim is willing to join the trust, While Muslims want the proposed masjid to be rebuilt at the place where the Babri masjid stood, the Hindu fundamentalists insist on the mandir being built in place of demolished by fundamentalists, The dispute remains unresolved.
