ROPAR: Human rights activist Justice Ajit Singh Bains told newsmen here that he never demanded Khalistan. He has brought here from Chandigarh jail to be produced before chief judicial Majistrate Lakhbir Singh, Justice Bains was arrested on the basis of a speech he made at the “hola mohalla” function at Anandpur Saheb. He said the public had no confidence in judiciary which had become a part and parcel of the government, Justice Bains also appealed to panthic groups not to raise controversy on Gurcharan in Singh Tohra’s alleged involvement in Lang’s murder.
