AGWARA: Harb Dhaliwal created history by becoming the first Indian to be elected as an MP and elevated to the post of Parliamentary Secretary to Ministry of Fisheries and Oceans Federal Government of Canada has demanded a special probe into all custodial deaths in Punjab so that the guilty can be brought to book In an exclusive interview Mr. Har Dhaliwal whose full name is Harben S. Singh Dhaliwal regretted that Magrant violations of human rights had been committed in the state. According to him peace in Punjab had been achieved at the cost of human rights.
Dhaliwal originally belongs to a village in Doaba region and is currently on a holiday along with his family in Punjab.

He pleaded for a lasting solution to the problem by winning the hearts of the Punjabis rather than the Present policy of police brutality. When asked about Pakistan’s overt and covert support to militants he stated that this issue had been a bit over exaggerated.
However Dhaliwal who enjoys a minister’s status was all praise for the policies pursued by Dr. Manmohan Singh Union Finance Minister. Manmohan Singh is doing well by opening up the world to a closed society through reduction of restrictions and regulations. However he maintained missing.
