NEW DELHI: The department of posts will issue a new series of inland letter card (ILC) priced at paise 75 on March 14 it’s parliamentary.
An official Press release Thursday said the ILC will have a ship” motif and will carry the ad “Avoid water stagnation: help malaria eradication.”
