ISLAMABAD(PTI): Pakistan’s former premier and opposition leader Nawaz Sharif on April 25th threatened to resign from National Assembly saying that all opposition members had submitted their resignations to him in protest against the toppling of the Sabri Shah government in the north-west frontier province on Sunday.
“All opposition members have sent in their resignation letters to me and I will submit them to the speaker at an appropriate time,” Sharif said at a Press conference here.
This dramatic move comes in the wake of the election of at the NWFP Pakistan People’s Party leader.
