Presently Namdharies Satguru Shri Surendra Ji Maharaj is on a goodwill mission and exploring the possibility of establishing a Namdharies high tech village at the cost of 2 billion dollars in the US.A. In his honor an elegant banquet was arranged at Beverly Wiltshire Hotel Dec.7,1991. The function was attended by State Senator Ed Royce and many other distinguished political and community leaders with over 150 people (India West Dec.13) 1 Congratulate all those who worked hard behind the scenes and made this event a great success.
Surprisingly people are having difficulty to raising 2 million dollars to build a Gurdwara yet they are talking about 2 billion dollars for high tech village. It is lots of money.
Past experience tell us that the government of India generally issues official directives to various Indian consulate Generals abroad to promote and give red carpet treatment to Namdharies/ Narankaries spiritual leaders. I would not be surprised to note that the majority of those gathered in his honor at Wilshire Beverly Hill Hotel are one way or the other strong supporters of the government of India whose armed forces in Punjab are there to eliminate Sikh heritage history and Culture and who carries on religious prosecutions surpassing Aurangzeb and Hitler.
The reasons for departure and setting up separate sects such as: Namdharies/Narankaries are best known to their leaders: spiritual or otherwise but history tells us that various sects such as the Namdharies the Arya Samaj and the Narankaries of 186080 were designed to attack the Sikh religion. This gave birth to the Singh Sabha movement which established Khalsa College Amritsar and other Khalsa Colleges and Singh Sabhas all over in order to rebut the attack and safe guard Sikhism and its identity: The continuous direct and indirect unfair criticism on Sikhism by Anti Sikh organizations resulted in the army attack on the Golden Temple in June 1984.
When a question asked by Vidya (Namaste American) on the difference between the 3 sects regular Sikh Namdharies and Narang karies the answer of Maharaj Ji was that there is no difference; (but if I may correct Vidya Ji here regular Sikhs call themselves ire Sikhs who believe Guru Granth Sahib as the living Guru The Sikh religion is not a sect) This noble thought can only be taken as true if you (Namdharies) abandon your beliefs of having a living Guru in Human Form and start believing that “Guru Granth Sahib” is your living Guru as rest of the Sikh nation does. and if one comes back and joins the Sikh mainstream at this hour of crises. Remember blessed are those who realize and recognize their roots and brother hood no matter how late they are. In God’s house it is never too late. Since abolishing the living Guru in human form and ordaining Gurship to Guru Granth Sahib by Guru Gobind Singh after him in 1708 the scholars of social consciousness see this as Gods design and. grace to liberate the entire mankind from the bondage of slavery of aman and protect them from being ripped off by the fraudulent spiritual leaders or self-claimed Sat Guru. Under distress hang ups superstitions or slavery of any kind the development of the human mind to its full potential is not possible. After the fall of quite a few religious ministries in this compassionate and civilized country of the U.S.A. and by putting these spiritual leaders into Jail we are alerted about those who rip off innocent people in the name of God.
For the benefit of mankind and in order to establish one Divine order of one God the world of social consciousness is approaching a point where spiritual leaders of the entire world may be called upon to come forward and share their spiritual now edge/discourse for encounter with the one God the creator the preserver and the destroyer. A leader spiritual or otherwise is charged with creating a healthy atmosphere in which people of the entire world can prow mature and thrive.
