T.K.A. Nair is likely to be the new Punjab Chief Secretary, Jagtar Singh reports from Chandigarh. He is one of the four senior officers on deputation with the Center whose services are being recalled by the same government, with the policy to provide an efficient and clean administration, it is learnt. The other three officers are Mr. Jai Singh Gill, Mr. Darshan Kumar and Mr. Ram.
