BUDAPEST, Reuter: Soviet Deputy Foreign Minister, Viadimir dPetrousky said on Hungarian Television Tonight that Moscow had no pre-conditions for a super power summit and was awaiting 2 constructive reply 10 its disarmament proposals.

Petrousky, interviewed on the magazine program, Panorama, said the Kremlin wanted a meaningful meeting between Soviet lea- der Mikhail Gorbachev and President Reagan.

The official Hungarian News Agency MTI, in a summary of the program, quoted Petrousky as saying an arms race was of no profit to anyone and was a heavy load on the Soviet economy.

Nevertheless, if there is a chal-Tenge, we shall reply, MTI quoted him as saying.

U.S. and Soviet arms expert is are to meet in Moscow on August 11-12 for talks on space and nu- clear weapons.

The consultations form part of the preparations for a September 19-20 meeting in Washington between Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard Shevardnadze and U.S. Secretary of State, George Shultz, who will discuss a second summit.
