CHANDIGARH: The Punjab State Ministerial Services Union has decided to boycott poll duty in Punjab in view of the apathetic altitude of the state government towards the demands of the employees. In a statement issued here Kulbhushan Kanwar and Khushal Singh Naga leaders of the union said that the government had failed to take any action on the employee’s demands.
