KARACHI, March 3, Reuter: Two people were wounded by gunfire after a mob of 70 surrounded police station and bombarded it with stones on Wednesday night in continuing riots in Pakistan’s largest city, Karachi, police said.

Earlier in the day a man died when police fired shotguns at stone throwing demonstrators, witnesses said. He was the third person to die in the riots, which began on Monday night when an oil tanker hit a house and killed four people.
