AMRITSAR: Four freedom fighters’ organisations (Khalistan Commando Force Khalistan Liberation Force Bhindran wale ‘Tigers Force and Sikh Students Federation) ‘working under the command of Panthak ‘Committee has expressed the fear that Bhai Pargat Singh an active SSF worker who is in the custody of Ludhiana police may be killed in a fake encounter. Presently he is being brutally tortured in the name of interrogation. It has warned Ludhiana police of serious consequences if anything happens to Bhai Pargat Singh
