Sir,
Let me congratulate the militants of Punjab for their sincere efforts to reorganize themselves under a Unified Command. Their decision to take the movement to the masses is commendable and is the need of the hour.
I also congratulate the Panches and Sarpanches (village elected officials) for their firm stand against police atrocities and state repression by submitting their resignation from their posts.
I sincerely appeal to all those Akali factions who firmly believe in complete independence of the Sikh Nation, who like the Sikhs, should give up their egos and form one Shiromani Akali Dal. They would win the interest of the people by openly declaring their struggle for Independence. It is time that they stop wavering and looking towards Delhi . Delhi has nothing to offer except promises that they cannot keep.
History is witness to the fact that Delhi’s treachery and false promises has led the Sikh Nation to slavery. It is imperative for our survival to throw away the yoke of slavery.
Let us hit India’s dwindling foreign exchange. Let us replace our surplus food crops with cash crops so that India may have to buy the food from foreign markets marked with their precious foreign exchange. Punjab farmers will not be effected because of the cash crops. Rice Jhona ) in todays world market is not available. Let us stop growing it and conserve water. We Sikhs living abroad should see that not a penny goes to India’s foreign exchange.
Formation of Khalistan Panchayat is another step in the right direction. Let me put a word of caution in this regard. Every precaution should be taken to avoid dissention among various groups in one village.
With the grace of Akal Purakh the days are not far off when we will be able to cry out the glory of freedom.
