NEW DELHI: Jagtar Singh a militant said to be wanted in several cases in Punjab was arrested by the operation cell of the Delhi police in the Sabzi Mandi area on Jan 10.
A member of the Bhinrawale Tiger Force, Jagtar Singh of Ghundewal village in Ferozepur had. Recently come to Delhi with his cousin Milkha Singh and few other persons with an alleged plan to blow up Parliament House, All India Radio and the TV center.
They had plans to spread terror in Delhi according to the police after “interrogation.”
