CHANDIGARH: Political circles are agog with rumors of a fake militant attack on the lie of Col. Raminder Singh, son-in-law of Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh, early this week.

According to one version doing the rounds here, the attack on Raminder Singh was engineered by top brass of the police.
