TORONTO: Kuldip Singh Samra admitted an lost Oct.27 to killing two men and crippling a third but insisted he should be convicted of man slaughterer, not a first degree murder. Samra’s first witness was Jagdish Bhaduria, who was just elected Liberal member of Parliament for Markham. He said Samra had been a constant worker for the casing of racial tensions and the rights of refugees. He sacrificed his own time to help his people, Samra is defending himself and his case will continue in the Ontario court, general division.
