NEW DELHE: Indian agriculture secretary M.S.Gill (son of Akali leader Pratap Singh Gill) is being tipped as Cabinet Secretary on the retirement of S.Rajsopal on June 30, according to reports. Unless Rajgopal gets extension, Gill’s elevation is regarded as near certain. He belongs to the 1958 batch of the L.A.S.
