We seniors feel that for week days we remain confined to the four walls of our house. It’s like a jail with doors open. Our children are duty bound to go to their place of work and when they come home they need rest to recoup their energy for the next day. They are busy to. However we are not busy but are helpless to move out of our own will. We long to go to Gurdwara. We want to go out and mix with our people to socialize and chit chat. We want to have our social and religious gatherings more often than just on the weekends. We have lived our own lives independently and wish to live the remaining as such. We have never ever remained confined to the four walls for days on end. We want to have company and wish to move about at our own discretion.
I was looking for such a place and people who share my views who feel intensely and want to live together and work for the good of the community. I got a big response from the seniors like Col. Kartar Singh and Capt. Rakha Singh. Now I want you to give your views for starting a new but noble venture of living together discussing together going out together. By living as brothers and sisters in faith we will have the opportunity of discussing preparing and propagating the ideals of Sikhism in a place like our home.
