Dear Editor:
When I read the news that Hindu Government of India refused to hand over S. Satwant Singh and S. Kehar Singh’s (Asthian”) (ashes) to their families; it hurt me as it did all Sikhs and all human beings in their right mind. Dumping their Asthian in polluted Ganges at Hardwar showed Brahmin’s wickedness. All these actions show how desperate these Brahmins are to eliminate Sikhs.
To rise and face the challenge is the distinctive Sikh trait. Guru Nanak was first to challenge brutality of the ruling class who had the good sense to realize their mistake but Hindu Brahmin continues to see danger in Guru Nanak and his followers, who are as active as ever.
By dumping our martyr’s ashes in Ganges, Rajiv (Parsi’s son; claiming to be Hindu let Santan Dharam decide his breed) enlarged the boundaries of Khalistan. Defiant Sikhs love challenge. All Sikhs (Individuals and Institutions) should add visit to Tihar jail to their itinerary whenever they visit Delhi and tell our coming generations how three Sikhs laid down their lives to protect Sikh honor.
I suggest all Sikh Gurdwaras in the world should pass resolutions requesting Akal Takht to declare that Gurdwara’s will be built where S. Beant Singh, S. Satwant Singh and S. Kehar Singh embraced martyrdom in true Sikh tradition. Tihar Jail will be preserved as museum and U.N.O. and UNESCO be requested to help us attain our goal.
One of your hurt and defiant Sikhs.
