The colonial and expansionist designs and military adventures of the New Delhi administrations since Jawaharlal Nehru’s time are well known. It has trusted three military adventures on Pakistan and one on China in 1961. One Indian Prime Minister wanted to wage war on Pakistan in September/November 1984 to create a scapegoat that would cover the 9500 casualties of her armed forces resulted from ‘Operation Bluestar’ in June 1984. Similarly your two predecessors V. P. Sigh and Chander Shekhar also wanted to test their military might against Pakistan so that they could eliminate the Sikhs from Punjab as well. However Sardar Simranjit Singh Mann a Sikh leader former police officer and the President of the Shiromani Akali Dal bluntly opposed the views of the Indian administration and would not permit under no circumstance Punjab’s soil to become a battlefield under their directive.

The New Delhi administration is experiencing tremendous difficulties and begging for foreign aid (i) at a time when its foreign reserves are virtually depleted (ii) it has asked the International Monetary Fund for 5-7 billion dollar loan (World Sikh News 5th July; Manchester Guardian Weekly 7th July 1991) (iii) the New Delhi administration has been carrying the world’s third largest national debt (after Brazil and Mexico) of 73 billion dollars (iv) spending more than 18% of the gross national product (GNP) to increase its armed forces’ fire power in order to terrorize citizens of the Sikh nation Assam Tamilnadu and peace-loving neighbor like Pakistan and (v) it had not only sold 20 tons of gold in the international market but has also moved 25 tons of gold to Britain as collateral Despite numerous economic political and social problems your nuclear programmes are preceding uninhibited a fantasy that is occurring at the expense of the shelter less and hungry masses of your country. Innocent citizens are terrorized by your morally bankrupt and unethical armed and paramilitary forces. The discontent of their voices is suppressed by fear of your administration. Yet you insanely and lavishly spend on ‘the nuclear programmers. Your country has not signed the nuclear nonproliferation treaty and your regime is threatening with another war. What are the reasons of thinking war against Pakistan a country which shares border with the suppressed and terrorized peoples of the Sikh nation and Jammu-Kashmir? The answer is simple. All administrations of India since 15th August 1947 have failed badly in addressing the economic political and social issues. Instead they have relied heavily on activities that will divert international and intra-national focus. from the state of its starving unsheltered masses which continue to increase in number.

The Indian administrations totally failed in implementing the family programme except in Punjab where the Sikh resides In 1950 India had nearly 400 million people. Today its population has increased to more than 840 million people. In 1950 the Sikh population was 1.75% and today it is still less than 2% whereas the total increase in India’s population is over 100% an increase that was not accompanied by a corresponding increase of food supply. This 2% population of the Sikhs provided 70% 50% and 26% of India’s total wheat rice and GNP respectively. What have the Indian administrations given to the Sikhs who are largely responsible for feeding the Indians? The Nehru Indira Rajiv V.P. Singh Chander Shekhar and your own administrations have given them starting with Operation Bluestar in June ’84 Black Thunder Mund Woodrose like military operations Napalm gas; bullets fake-encounters mass killings of the Sikhs desecration of their holy places the looting of the Sikhs’ houses by the Indian army and paramilitary forces tortures the rapes of Sikh women the release of prefabricated news stories prepared under the direction of Research and Analysis Wing (the Indian KGB) to the international news media propagating antiSikh and anti-Muslim sentiments amongst the Indian population via  state-controlled airwaves and press all in order to divert the attention of your hungry masses Indian administrations have never been serious about their country’s problems. However the socalled democratically elected administrations brought “political thugs” as described by a retired major-general Subherwal (The Globe and Mail 5th July 1991) to provide “leadership” to the country and to solve country’s problems on the contrary these problems compounded beyond resolution. These political thugs were totally unaware of the discontent of masses and subscribed to suppress their voices. Furthermore the New Delhi administrations masterminded to side track the major issues of the welfare of the people and exploited its citizens in the name of national unity.

Not only the Sikhs but other non-Hindu and non-brahaminical minorities (Muslims Christians and Dalit’s) also fell victim to Hindu India’s bigotry. Did your army not recently rape the Kashmiri Muslim males to humiliate them? Yet you call the Indian army professional.

Your recent threat of war points out the same old policy of your predecessors. Do you think you will succeed this time? It remains to be seen. It sounds as though the Indian union is counting its days because the “truth” is elsewhere and Indian administrations have been functioning on lies — although you may call it politics There is no doubt in my mind that the sins of Hindu India’s administrations will bring the Indian union down. Surely if not Jawaharlal Nehru then Indira Gandhi drove the first nail in the coffin of an artificial union known to the world as India.

Let me hear from you.

Yours
