Hurrah to V.P. Singh who as Finance Minister exposed corruption at all levels including big business houses, monopolies and concerned interests in India and as Defense Minister ordered investigation into the government purchase of West German ‘submarines involving a commission of about 30 crores of rupees to Indian middlemen abroad.
