NEW DELHI: Lawyers have strongly condemned a move by the Central Bureau of Investigation to transfer the cases filed under Terrorist and Disruptive Practices Act in Punjab to outside the state. The Jodhpur detainees had languished for five years without any of their cases being heard, the lawyers said, How could the government justify transferring the prisoners, they simply meant to inconvenience them because it would cut them 6ff from their families, they said.
