TARN TARAN: Gold medals and siropas were presented to Mrs, Davinder Kaur wife of Sukhdev Singh alias Sukha Sipahi his mother and the families of Gurdey Singh Usman wala, Surinder Singh alias KC Sharma, Bapu Malkiat Singh, Rajesh Thani and Baba Ajit Singh on the occasion of the second death anniversary of Sukha Sipahi alias General Labh Singh in Panjwar village 20 km from here.
The function was organised on a call given by four militant organisation the KCF, the Babbar KhaIsa, the KLF and the AISSF (Bittu) led by the Panthic Committee (Dr. Sohan Singh).
More than 10,000 persons participated in the function.
The dhadi jathas of Nirmal Singh Noor of Lohian, Baldev Singh Sursingh, Lakhbir Singh Mast and Kehar Singh Majhal sang vars (songs) in praise of the militant’s. The dhadis reminded the government that the Sikh community knew how to get its due right even at gunpoint if need be.
The siropas and gold medals were presented on behalf of the four militant organisations by Baba Darshan Singh of Bir Baba Budha Sahib (kar sewawale).
