LOS ANGELES, CA: A Gurdwara in Los Angeles at Vermont Blvd, Hollywood is nearly completion, a cherished dream of the local Sangat many hurdles have to be surmounted towards realizing it. The Sangat is all set to raise money to complete the project and friends of Sikh Study Circle are organizing a dinner and a big Punjabi Cultural night with famous artists at hotel Bill more in L.A. on July 11, 1993 at 6 p.m., and the city for raising funds. Mayor Tom Bradley will be the honored guest.
Devout volunteers are working long hours in calling the Sangat and visiting the houses and businesses to make the event a success. Efforts of Dr.Marwah and Randhawa are highly commendable.
