AMRITSAR: The Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF), one of the major surviving militant organizations in Punjab, is determined to bounce back with a vengeance, though its leaders are lying low at present. This was disclosed by Dilbagh Singh Bagha, a prominent leader of the outfit, who laid down arms before the Majitha police recently. He was formally arrested after he confessed his involvement in more than 50 killings and a large number of incidents of looting and abduction during his three-year association with militants, During interrogation, Bagha told the police that top KLF leaders, like Dr.Pritam Singh Sekhon, Kuldeep Sekhon pura Maninder Singh Issi and Daya Singh Lahoria, had been threatening militants of the organization against surrendering. He said the leaders were convinced that once they got more arms and explosives, they would be able to revive militancy in the state.
