CHANDIGARH: Four organizations associated with Dr. Sohan Singh and others have owned responsibility for the Killing of Dr. Bachittar Singh, director of Punjab’s health services and five of his associates because they symbolized the violations of human rights and of Geneva Convention.
The militant groups added that most doctors in Punjab failed 10 perform their elementary professional dates. The militant group also stated that it had directed is armed cadres to stop the killings of police men’s relations Some of these policemen’s relations had come to plead for stoppage of the Killings. “We feel Sorry for the deaths of innocent relations of policemen. But this game was started by the Chandigarh police chief Sumedh Saini who ordered the King of the relations of Bhai Balwinder Singh Jatana, the group leaders added, the statement was issued jointly by Bhai Daj Singh Khalsa, Bhai Gujant Singh Budsinghvala, Bhai Paramjit Singh Panjwar, Bhai Rachhpal Singh Chhandra.
