BIRMINGHAM, JULY 6: Gurmej Singh Gill, Prime Minister of the Govt in Exile of the Republic of Khalistan has warned Punjab Police Chief of serious consequences for his refusal to allow Amnesty International and other human rights organization into Punjab.

Reacting to a state of the Punjab police in which he threatened to. wipe out dissent by end of 1994 after which observers might be permitted, Gurmej Singh said, “The day is not far off when the security forces and their stoolpigeons will be put in the dock and confronted with the dossiers of their atrocities, illegalities and treacheries, he said. “These criminals are being forewarned. They better heed this warning.”

He compared the success of the Punjab police to the early successors of the Germans in World War I band said “the counter offensive of the Sikh freedom fighters would come before long and would lead to a decisive victory for them.”
