Political changes whether by wars, rebellions, revolutions or peaceful settlements have many a time contributed to social change and human progress? In recent history establishment of the British Empire brought about commonness of perceptions, ideologies, language and communications among its subjects and it contributed greatly to human progress.
The British rule in India was so benevolent that even M.K.Gandhi could not say a word against it. His only claim was “benevolent Tule is no substitute for self-rule.”
In the 40’s, upon demands from their various subject nations, the great children of the British Empire builders sat upon its dismemberment resulting in nearly 60 independent nations, with these peaceful transformations, peoples of these countries today lead a better life suiting to their distinct aspirations. Therefore, no humanist will say no to political changes.
Breakup of USSR: M.K. In recent days, Gorbachev sat upon a peaceful dismemberment of a superpower, the Soviet Union, when he found that peoples constituting the various confederations demanded separation. We are sure that all these independent states will contribute to the advancement of not only their life but also of others, Some of the independent Muslim states of the former Soviet Union, viz. Uzbekistan, Khazakastan, Turkmenistan, Kirgistan cowed down by the overbearing Russians Bear have plenty of potential to emerge as mighty nations. Their forefathers, right from Mahmood of Ghazni to the last Moghul emperor for nearly 900 years, have ruled India. The Slavs, Khiljis, Tughlaks, Lodhis, Pathans and Moghuls hailed from these countries.
Anti-Muslim hatred: The Prime Minister of India recently visited these countries. He understands the immense benefits available for Indians in these countries. But the Muslims of Pakistan again come in the way to avail this golden opportunity, these ex-Soviet Muslim nations do not have a seacoast for direct contacts; Air travel is too costly and difficult. The only easy. Continuous and cheap route is through the land, but this cannot be done without Pakistan agreeing to it, because Kashmir is the stumbling block.
In these situations Kashmir has become a life and death question to India. Common sense and pragmatism demands that this ‘”problem’ is solved and friendly relations established with Pakistan. But the strong anti-Muslim sentiments nurtured and maintained over a hundred years cloud our common sense and pragmatism. It is in this context that Dalits, who are not a party to the Brahminic anti-Muslim sentiments, can think in sober manner on Kashmir (DV Nov.16, 93: “Only Dalit scan solve the Kashmir problem’’).
National identity: No people who have developed a taste for national identity have ever failed in their object of separation or independence. Their demands can only be delayed but never denied. The more the delay. The greater will be their sacrifices and hence stronger will be their assertions. This is true of the Kashmiris also, If they are killed, so also the soldiers, If they are suffering, so also their opponents.
‘This hate has not developed suddenly. Hate produced more hate. (DV Edit Jan 16 1990:”The hale that hate produced.”) Kashmiris have been unjustly treated throughout. There is no popular govt, there. Their dearest Article 370 of the Constitution is just on paper. One of their cities. Jammu. Which had a population of a lakh in 1947, is today bursting city of 10 lakhs 90% of whom are “Hindus” from other states? It is proudly called the city of temples. A Hindu Nazi center. It is the city which has the reputation of a (fake) Hindu swami running a gun factory. If under Article 370 there is a provision that no non Kashmiri by birth can purchase lands in Jammu and Kashmir, how thousands of houses belong to non-Kashmiris in Jammu? The successive stooge govts, led by Sheikh Abdullah obliged the Govt. of India and the “Hindus”. Totally ignoring the law and people’s aspirations. And today all these stooges have run away from Kashmir. One stooge, Dr. Farookh Abdullah, is sitting in far off London and issuing statements from there. Had they been true representatives of Kashmiris. They would not have run away but remained there in this hour of distress. Hindus rule Muslim state: Though it is a Muslim majority state, majority of the posts are held by Hindus. This was so even in 1947. Today it is worse. No industries are established. The people are deliberately kept poor because they are Muslims.
But Delhi is spending crores and crores of rupees in Kashmir. Not for development of the people but to maintain a military rule. Violations of human rights by the military have attracted worldwide attention and condemnation by Amnesty International. Bijbhihara killings are the latest incident.
Aryan problem: Kashmir is an Aryan problem. The Kashmiris and India’s Brahminical ruling class both are Aryans, though racially same, religion has divided them. The Kashmiris are Muslims and the Indian rulers belong to the Brahminical social order (BSO). Since the egalitarian religion of Islam is the deadliest enemy of BSO or Hinduism based on graded inequality, a conflict between the two is inevitable, and in this fight between two elephants, we the Original inhabitants of India, comprising over 85% of the population, are the worst sufferers. It is at Our Cost, Our hunger, nakedness, illiteracy, malnutrition. Prostitution, the Aryans are fighting the Kashmiris.
It is a revolution; what is going on in Kashmir today is a revolution in Contrast to what happened in Punjab. The Sikh Struggle for self-determination never attracted the participation of Sikh women and children, the general mass of population did not join the Sikh revolution. Hence it deteriorated into terrorism, Since Brahmanism can’t be fought by guns, the superior strategy and tactics of the BSO silenced the Sikhs by using Sikhs only. KPS Gill. The Director-general of Punjab Police. A Jat Sikh. Is the topmost traitor in the eyes of Sikhs?
A people’s movement for self-determination can turn into revolution only when women participate in it, this is because women are better revolutionaries than men, this is where Kashmir succeeded and this is where Punjab failed. This is another part of the story. Dalit worry: So, what is happening today is a wholesale uprising of the people in Kashmir men, women and children. And we Dalits are very much worried that Kashmir may go out of India. And we will do our best to prevent the BSO from breaking India again.
Small minds may call it terrorism, Pakistani aggression, foreign mercenary infiltration, secessionist activities but the great minds writing history will surely call it a revolution in Kashmir.
BSO has failed to see the Kashmir issue from the broad humanitarian and international angle.
Nobody is convinced of it’s of repeated mantra that Kashmir is an “integral part of India”’ and that the accession by the Maharaja Han Singh was final.
Every Brahminical heart is in America. What Americans think today, the BSO repeats here tomorrow? To that extent the BSO is a blind admirer of the American white imperialist rulers. But alas even such a trusted godfather has let down the BSO and said Kashmir is. A: disputed territory and it does not recognize Kashmir’s accession to India. What a slap on ~his face of Brahminical rulers.
On the top of that Karan Singh, the blue-eyed boy of the BSO, stabbed them in the back by asserting that a “dispute did exist over Kashmir.”
All the closely guarded secrets over Kashmir have come to light because of this one single but 32daylong hate filled mad adventure over Hazratbal Masjid that ended on Noy.16 1993, but that is not the end of the Kashmir crisis.
V.P. Menon book: Now a little of history. On Nov.1, 1947 Mountbatten flew to Pakistan and met Jinnah and spoke about Kashmir plebiscite. “Jinnah objected and said with the presence of Indian troops in Kashmir and that 100 headed by Sheikh Abdullah the Kashmiris would be too frightened to vote for Pakistan.
Mountbatten then suggested plebiscite under the auspices of the UN” (p.495, Integration of Indian States V.P, Menon.1985 Orient Longman). On Novy.2, Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru announced on AIR the govts decision that Nehru made a statement in Parliament “reiterating his Promise that the People of Kashmir would be given the chance to decide their future under UN supervision” (p.407).0n Dec..31, the (govt of India formally complained about the “dispute”’ to the UN (p.409) _
Disputed accession: From this it is clear that the accession of the Maharaja of Kashmir, Hari Singh, took place under critical conditions. He was taken by the Indian army to Jammu where in the presence of V.P. Menon he wrote the letter to Governor General Mountbatten “acceding to India”.
That is why the accession of Kashmir is itself disputed by the US. If Brahminical rulers had the guts, they should have annexed Kashmir in 1947 itself. Why did they then complain to TIN and create a “dispute” which is still on the record of UN? This is history.
Every event that went to make the “Kashmir crisis” is part of history. The BSO controlled media is today exercising self-censorship to suppress facts on Kashmir and brainwash our people but it is foolish enough to believe that the whole world is a bloody fool. No, Not at all. In spite of its entire mind manipulating game. We have many documents left by distinguished members of the BSO itself.
V.P. Menon’s book. Integration of Indian States is one such Menon was a member of the BSO (Kerala Nair) and Home Secretary under Sardar Vallabhai Patel and the key official in charge of “integration” of Kashmir, What does he say in his book? He says Kashmir never wanted to join Pakistan (p.395). Mountbatten, head of the state of India, did not favor sending Indian army to Kashmir as it was an “independent country” as Kashmir had not acceded to India or Pakistan son Oct. 26 1947 (p.399) when a Pakistani inspired invasion of Kashmir allegedly took place. It was decided that “‘accession of Kashmir should be accepted subject to the provision that a plebiscite would be held in the State”. (p.400).
Broken promise: Yet another aspect is why the rulers did not keep up their promise of plebiscite in Kashmir? For that the reply may be which promise is kept up by the BSO? Did it keep up its promise given on reservation to Dalits? Sikhs? “Solemn promise” is given to be only broken the very next moment. Brahmanism does not believe in what is called as “gentleman’s agreement”. And that caused the Kashmir crisis. BSO does not say what it means. It does not mean what it says. It is the only one of its kind in the world. It is high time that the Brahmanical rulers rethink on the entire Kashmir problem keeping themselves in 1993 not in 1947. Solution of the Kashmir problem by retaining it in India by winning over the Kashmiris by love and understanding has immense benefits for the BSO itself both by saving of wasteful expenditure and acquiring of new commercial industrial and employment opportunities in ex-Soviet Muslim nations, but does the BSO know how to love? Babri Masjid: Meanwhile, we would like to congratulate the Kashmiri Muslims for their heroic act putting to shame the Indian Muslims. Particularly the cow belt and that too the UP Muslim leadership. The latter are silently sitting for the past one year over their demolished Babri Masjid waiting for the very Hindu Nazis, who destroyed their masjid, to rebuild it; The Muslim Personal Law Board passed a grandiose resolution on Babri Masjid but did nothing. Whereas the aggrieved, humiliated Kashmiris rebelled men, women and children and died in thousands, See the difference between the two Muslims. Art of dying: Liberation needs self-sacrifice. Those who don’t know how to die beg their oppressors. Kashmiris died to save their self-respect. Hats off, But India’s Muslim leadership is begging and licking the feet of its oppressors. This is the difference.
