KARTAR SINGH KHERA: In 1948, a quota of 100 immigrants from India was fixed and Kartar Singh Khera was the first to come on quota. Putting in hard work he bought land on lease.
He has two sons. Both are successful. He is on the committee of Bouge Road Gurdwara and Tierra Buena Gurdwara. He is a successful farmer.
