HYDERABAD: Bahujan Samaj Party chief Kanshi Ram strongly feels that Hyderabad should be made the second capital of the country. And by asking for it Ram seems to have picked up a thread from his political philosopher Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar who too in the mid-50s had made a similar demand.
