CHANDIGARH; The additional Sessions Judge at Amritsar granted bail to the Damdami Taksal leader Mr. Mohkam Singh here yesterday. Mr. Mohkam Singh ‘who is facing sedition charges under section 3 and 4 of the Anti-Terrorists and Disturbed Areas act and the Unlawful Activities ‘Act was not released since he was facing another case in the Sangrur District being probed by the C.B.1. ‘The judge accepted the plea of the defense council that no offence ‘was committed by Mohkam Singh as his name was not mentioned in the FLR. Mr. Mohkam Singh was taken to Delhi in a special BSF helicopter about ten days back. He is being kept in Tihar Jail in New Delhi for interrogation. All the central intelligence agencies including, C.B.L, R.A.W., I.B., are Interrogating Mr. Mohkam Singh.
