AMRITSAR: Baba Wassan Singh, senior Panthic Committee member, has in a statement released to the press to appeal to all Sikhs in Jammu and Kashmir to actively support the freedom movement there. He said, “The long suffering Kashmiri Muslims were our brothers in arms and their struggle is our struggle. Unitedly we must throw off the attempt of Hindu Delhi at domination of our sovereign peoples.”
Baba Wassan Singh reminded the Sikhs of Kashmir of the bloody riots in Jammu in which Hindu fundamentalist hoodlums killed Sikhs and destroyed their properties.
