Tokyo: Japan claims now to better understand India’s recently launched economic reforms and proposes to take part in India’s economic development according to official sources.
A Japanese government economic mission of some 100 businessmen industrialists and financiers as well as official’s from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs Finance and International Trade and Industry plans to arrive in New Delhi on Jan.26.
The delegation will express Japanese appreciation of the reforms launched by the Indian government last year and seek assurance that there will be no going back.
