PATNA, INDIA(PTI):Ruling Janata Dal in Bihar state has won the Patna Lok Sabha (Lower House of Parliament) by a margin of 1,50,000 votes.
Janata Dal’s Ram Kripal Yadav secured 3,38,000 votes while his nearest Bharatiya Janata Party rival Shailendra Nath Shrivastav got 1,85,000 votes, party sources said.
A formal announcement of the result is awaiting clearance of the election commission.
