“It’s no doubt the Indian Government has come out very strongly against the Amnesty International report “Rape torture and deaths in Custody” which accuses India’s police and security forces of gross violation of human rights and sponsoring state terrorism. But did we expect India to admit and apologize for committing these crimes? The software will restore the deleted files from the flash drive and save them how to recover files from photoshop to the specified location on your computer. Obviously not if they were that honest or sincere they would not be sponsoring state terrorism by their armed forces.

India’s complaint is that Amnesty International did not give their Government a chance to reply to allegations of torture and other crimes. India’s dictatorship of a government claims that if they give a chance to reply to “Amnesty’s report a more balanced reported could have been presented.

“In a bogus attempt to justify itself India claims they are fighting Pakistan Sponsored terrorism in Punjab and Kashmir One seems to wonder how rape from the age i a 1-yr-old baby to a 80-yr-old grandmother can be portrayed as fighting terrorism. Such reports published by Amnesty are simply horrifying and certainly do not justify India’s claims at all

The Indian Government in a statement said “we would have brought to their attention some very glaring and stark facts about the extraordinary increase in terrorist activity over the last year and a half which has made this more difficult than was the case even two years ago.” If this false Statement is to be considered accurate has the job become so hard for their security forces that they need to “relax” themselves after a hard day by raping and torturing Innocent civilians. No matter what obnoxious reason the Indian Government gives the fact is that the Indian Government is most certainly guilty of sponsoring state terrorism. This terrorism is not only focused against the Sikhs but aimed at every minority group who is not pro “Hindi Hindu

Hindustan.” Anyone who is even speaking their views or voices any political opinion Against the Brahmin dominated government dictatorship is considered a terrorist and treated like a criminal.

India goes on to Say how many policeman or security forces that have been killed by separatists. They supply some very exaggerated numbers but fail to admit that when anyone even an-armed Officer of the law is practicing terrorism against the people they are supposed to protect those people have the right to protect themselves.

The most ignorant part of India’s claim is that Amnesty International has fallen prey to propaganda created by terrorists who have created and fabricated stories I.S.Y.F. challenges this statement how can scars burns doctors reports eye witnesses deaths and documented statements made by even magistrates be fabricated. I’m sure any fool can see the difference between a torture victims scars and ones which would be made in a “police encounter”

India also claims that Amnesty International has ignored the fact that we have public interest litigation and that any citizen in that country can initiate proceedings for violations of human rights which is another issue that India does not wish to publicly acknowledge. They are very much aware what happens to a victim of the Security forces if he or she testifies against them.

In closing of India’s statement they go onto say “we regret that the report makes absolutely no mention whatsoever of the commitment of the Indian society at large and the Indian Government in particular to uphold a value system which protects human rights which strives continuously for improvement.” This statement given by the Government of India Clearly shows us that maybe they are as obnoxious ignorant and narrow minded as some of us would feel they are what commitment by the Indian society are they talking about? Most of all what Commitment has the Indian government given to the innocent people dying every day?

The only commitment the Indian Government has shown is to exterminate any voice brave enough to speak and protect their rights as proclaimed in the charter of human rights given to us by the UNO

Every nation has the right to self0determination and the Sikh Nation will achieve our rights. Every drop of blood of our Martyrs will never be forgotten. That day will come soon when the Kesri Nishan Sahib is hoisted in the Democratic state of Khalistan and every person guilty of the crimes they are committing today will be tried in our courts of law.
