THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The leader of the proscribed Islamic Sevak Sangh (ISS), Abdul Nazar Madani, surrendered before the police here Jan.27 along with two of his aides, Clad in a kurta, donning dark glasses and a black fez Cap, Madani came in an Ambassador car from Trichur around 4:30 p.m. and surrendered before the city police commissioner, Rajeevan.
