NEW DELHI (PTI): India’s election commission has ordered an inquiry into complaints of large scale use of vehicles for carrying voters to booths in the Palani Lok Sabha Parliamentary constituency in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, where a bye election was held on Sept.19.
