MOGA: An under trial Sikh who had spend past six months in jail told a court here that Sikh youths were treated inhumanly, they were tortured and were even denied routine medical facilities by jail authorities in Ferozpur Central Jail.
Darshan Singh Butter was presented before the court. He said he was kept in solitary confinement in a cell, He had been ill since a month but he has not been treated by any doctor. In fact he has not been even allowed to see a doctor.
Butter said he was one amongst one of many prisoners who were denied the very basic amenities by the prison authorities.
